Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Snack Bar Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, managing transactions through our POS systems, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for our guests. Your enthusiasm and efficiency will contribute to delivering memorable experiences at our gaming facility.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, beverages, and light food items with attention to quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with health regulations
- Manage cash handling duties, including cashiering and providing correct change using basic math skills
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure cleanliness of the snack bar area, including kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment




- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring expiration dates

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Kitchen experience or prior serving experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and promote a positive guest experience

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
