Pay & Growth

- Starting base pay: $21 per hour. After training our technicians earn a percentage of the job. Top performers earn $40/hr consistently.
- 40 - 50 hours per week (excluding winter)
- Most technicians earn $25–30/hour on performance pay in within the first 2 months. After that $30 +
- Top performers can reach $40/hour
- Bi-weekly payroll
- Paid training

- Self-Improvement Allowance: $50/month (gym, courses, personal growth)
- Growth path: Lead Technician opportunities and higher earnings in spring/summer/fall

- Pressure washing

- Christmas and permanent light installation

Requirements

- Age: 20+
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in winter conditions




- Comfortable on your feet for extended periods
- Driver’s license: G2 or higher is a solid asset
- Must be able to provide a 3-year driver’s abstract (if driving company vehicles)
- Available Saturday if needed
