Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during each visit. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing preventive dental care, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dentist in various procedures.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patient oral health.
- Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluorides.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records using OpenDental or similar software.
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary tools and support.




- Manage patient flow and ensure a positive experience in the dental office environment.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Qualifications

- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Proficiency in using OpenDental or similar dental software systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work setting.
