As a General Resort Staff member, you will play an key role in creating exceptional guest experiences across multiple areas of the resort. This is a versatile position that includes responsibilities in both Housekeeping and Food & Beverage. Team members will assist with serving in our restaurant, weddings, and corporate events while also helping maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about hospitality and guest service.

Key ResponsibilitiesFood & Beverage

- Provide friendly, professional service in the restaurant, lounge, weddings, and corporate events.
- Set up and prepare dining areas and event spaces.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Assist with banquet setup, service,



and teardown.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and event teams to ensure seamless service.

Housekeeping

- Clean and prepare guest rooms, cottages, and public areas to resort standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize bathrooms and common areas.
- Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly.
- Ensure guest rooms are welcoming, clean, and fully prepared for arrivals.
- Follow all health, safety, and cleaning procedures.

Please note there is no staff accommodations on site.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
