Your goals while working are to give exceptional guest service, while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the establishment, and completing and daily tasks outlined in positions-specific checklists. We are looking for a coachable individual who shares our passion for friendly hospitality in our counter service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking order using our point of sales system in our counter service restaurant.
- Going beyond our counter-style service to deliver food, quality check, and clear tables when the opportunity arises
- Efficiently and accurately expedite takeout orders




- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly, knowledgable and efficient customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, restrooms, and counter-service areas
- Adhering to daily checklists involving side work and maintaining stock to ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Effective communication with other all team members
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Qualities

- Previous service experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Coachable and able to take professional feedback regularly
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a busy workplace
- Strong team player
- genuine interest in food and hospitality
- Punctual and reliable with a strong attention to detail
- Pro-serve certification required

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
