Victory Lane Speedway is central 's largest high-banked dirt track oval, capable of seating up to 3,000 fans. We host thrilling racing events on Thursdays and select weekends, creating an exciting atmosphere for both racers and spectators alike.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dependable Maintenance Worker to keep our speedway and track surface in top condition. In this role, you will perform essential maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the facility. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will help deliver an exceptional experience for our visitors and staff.

Duties

- Prepare the track surface including grading, rolling, and watering using farm type equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on track equipment, grandstands, restrooms, and other facilities.
- Conduct repairs on fencing, lighting, signage, and other infrastructure components.
- Assist with cleaning tasks.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely for various maintenance activities.

Qualifications





- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and driving/standing for extended periods during the summer heat.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of tools, electrical systems, plumbing, or carpentry is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in facility and track maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during event days.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
