Let It Flow Exteriors is seeking a siding labourer/trainee for our growing company. We specialize in the installation of James Hardie, Vinyl siding, various types of metal siding, soffits & fascia, faux stone, and eavestroughing. Located within Parkland County, the majority of our projects are in Parkland County, Lac Ste. Anne County, Stony Plain, and Spruce Grove, While we also serve St. Albert and West Edmonton.

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)

You will work alongside experienced installers, learning the ins and outs of residential and commercial siding. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Site Prep & Maintenance: Removal of existing exterior cladding, setting up staging, scaffolding, and ladders safely. Keeping the job site clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Learning the Trade: Shadowing lead installers to learn how to measure, cut, and install vinyl, wood, composite, or fiber-cement siding.
- Material Handling: Staging, lifting, and carrying siding panels, trim, and tools to the work areas.
- Tool Operations: Learning to safely use hand tools, power tools, brake compressors, and cutting equipment.

What We Are Looking For





- Reliability: You show up on time, every day, ready to work. Roofs and walls don't build themselves, and the team relies on you.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly, stand for long periods, and work comfortably outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfort with Heights: You will be working on ladders, scaffolding, and pump jacks. You need to be confident and protected off the ground.
- Coachability: A positive attitude and a desire to learn a valuable, lifelong skill. You take direction well and look for ways to be helpful.
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to the shop or job sites.

What you need

- Basic tools (Tool pouch, hammer, tape measure, snips)
- Steel toe safety boots

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
