Position Summary:

The RDA II is responsible for creating a comfortable environment for patients receiving dental care. This role involves building relationships with patients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the utmost quality of care. The ideal candidate is patient oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about helping patients achieve their oral health needs. This position is full time with two evenings required per week.

Success Looks Like:

- Ensuring patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident before, during, and after procedures.
- Efficiently preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and dental materials for procedures.
- Assisting the dentist chairside during a wide variety of dental procedures.
- Discussing treatment plans with patients, answering questions, and helping them understand their care options.
- Coordinating patient scheduling and room turnaround smoothly according to clinic protocols.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of all dental services offered by the clinic.

Objectives:

- Assist with 5–8 patient appointments daily.
- Help the practice achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through efficient clinical flow and patient education.
- Support co-treatment planning alongside the dentist by clearly presenting recommended options to patients.




- Follow up with patients post-treatment to check on recovery and maintain high patient retention.

Competencies:

- Comfortable explaining dental procedures, treatment options, and costs to patients.
- Strong chairside clinical skills and knowledge of dental materials and instruments.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and seamlessly alongside the dentist and clinical team.

Education and Experience:

- Valid Registered RDA License
