Production Associate – Food Manufacturing

About the Role

This is a physically demanding food manufacturing position involving:

- Food production and packing
- Repetitive manual tasks
- Lifting up to 55 lbs
- Cleaning and sanitation
- Standing for most of each shift
- Maintaining high quality and food safety standards
- Working efficiently as part of a production team

Hours: Up to 36 hours per week

Shift: 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Commitment & Trial Period (Please Read Carefully)

We are looking for people seeking a long-term position, not short-term or temporary work.

Our hiring process consists of:





- Paid trial shifts completed over approximately three weeks so both you and our team can determine whether the role is the right fit.
- A mandatory six-month probationary period following a successful trial (as per PEI Labour Laws).

Applicants should apply only if they are committed to completing both the trial period and, if hired, the full six-month probationary period.
