Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while expertly preparing and serving beverages. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain food safety standards will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for processing transactions and managing tabs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations and safety standards in food service
- Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and assisting with ordering when necessary




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating strong math skills for cash handling

Requirements

- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, particularly in a bartending role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a hospitable environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and managing tabs accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations
