B&D; Montessori Learning Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging French Teacher to join our extracurricular program!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and would like a flexible, part-time teaching position.

Position Details

- Position: French Teacher (Extracurricular Program)
- Location: B&D; Montessori Learning Academy
- Schedule: 2 classes per week
- Class Length: 45 minutes per class
- Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract
- Start Date: September 2026

Responsibilities

- Plan and teach fun, interactive French lessons for young children.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Introduce French vocabulary, songs, games, stories, and age-appropriate activities.




- Encourage children's confidence and interest in learning French.
- Maintain a safe and respectful classroom setting.
- Communicate professionally with school staff regarding lesson planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

- Fluency in French (spoken and written).
- Experience teaching French to young children is an asset.
- Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A valid Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain one before starting).

Pay: $18.25-$30.00 per hour
