Reporting to the Regional Director, you will contribute to a wide range of regional priorities by leading small projects, supporting change management initiatives, and coordinating work across the region. In this dynamic and highly visible role, you will prepare briefing materials, develop presentations, and provide strategic analysis to support informed decision-making.
By identifying emerging trends, analyzing performance, and uncovering opportunities for improvement, you will help transform insights into tangible results that enhance services for Ontarians. Your ability to connect information, collaborate across teams, and drive continuous improvement will directly support the region's success.

About the job
You will:
- monitor and report on the performance of service contracts with partners
- provide operational support for various partnership governance committees
- support the development of new partnerships through research, information gathering and analysis
- provide timely response to information or recent service requests to scope out the service requirement and present data accurately for approvals
- support forecasting, invoice validation, and financial reporting
- provide comprehensive administrative support, including coordinating meeting agendas and minutes, tracking action items, and preparing ad hoc reports and analysis to support decision-making across multiple departments.
What you bring to the team
Technical Knowledge
You have:
- the ability to acquire knowledge of government approval structures and the ability to interpret operational principles, polices, procedures and practices
- knowledge of change management practices to support the implementation of new business practices
Research and Analytical Skills
You have:
- research and analysis skills to simplify and synthesize complex information into clear and concise reports
- experience identifying and assessing efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes
- experience developing contingency plans and protocols for problem resolution processes
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
You have:
- written communications skills to develop clear, concise and helpful documents including correspondence, briefing notes and proposals
- verbal communications skills to participate effectively in meetings with partners and stakeholders
- interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and build relationships with partners
Project Management and Computer Skills
You are:
- able to organize, prioritize workload and manage deadlines, provide timely support to project teams and track progress on documentation and approvals of proposals
- able to proficiently use MS Office suite to produce reports and correspondence and access databases
