Renovation Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Renovation Construction Project Manager to lead high-quality residential renovation projects from start to finish. If you are organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As our Project Manager, you will oversee multiple residential renovation projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential renovation projects from planning through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and inspections.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
- Communicate project updates with clients professionally and promptly.
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
- Ensure all work meets applicable building codes and company standards.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, change orders, and reports.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing residential renovation or remodeling projects.




- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience reading construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
