We are looking for a Full time Assistant Manager / Lead Barista at Mari Bakeshop!

This position is for Mari Bakeshop at Bridgeland location.

- Wednesday- Sunday (8 hours a day, 5 days a week, 40 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities

1. Barista & Service Leadership

- Prepare and maintain high-quality espresso and beverage service
- Serve bakery items including cakes, pastries, and sandwiches
- Provide warm, knowledgeable customer service and product recommendations
- Uphold and improve service standards across the team

2. Store Operations Management

- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock organization
- Organize and manage customer orders to ensure accuracy and smooth service flow




- Monitor and maintain equipment (espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration, heating units)
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met

3. Team Training & Support

- Train new staff and support ongoing skill development
- Lead barista training and maintain beverage quality standards
- Communicate clearly with team members and support daily workflow
- Assist with resolving issues that arise during service

4. Customer Experience

- Maintain a welcoming store environment and smooth service flow
- Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Represent Mari Bakeshop’s brand values through friendly, consistent service

5. Additional Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day operational tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the owner/manager on improvements and projects
- Contribute to overall store efficiency and team morale

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
