Paterson GlobalFoods (PGF) is currently seeking a highly dependable, polished, and results-oriented professional to fill the role of Senior Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, fully on-site position based in our downtown Winnipeg office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of confidential and complex administrative functions, providing high-level support to senior leadership and helping ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.

The Senior Administrative Assistant will be a highly resourceful team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized, flexible, and efficient. This individual will possess strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

- Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment. Experience in corporate, professional services, construction, finance, property management, or similar office settings is preferred.
- Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules for senior leadership.
- Arrange travel accommodations, transportation, and itineraries as required.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes,



and following up on action items.
- Manage incoming communications, screen and prioritize requests, and respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with accounts payable activities, invoices, expense reporting, credit card reconciliations, and other administrative accounting duties as required.
- Support office operations by ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, and assisting with facility-related needs.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and special projects, including venue arrangements, catering, invitations, and logistics.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support to senior leadership and team members as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.




- Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience supporting senior leadership is considered an asset.
