- Administer medications using Catalyst (eMAR).
- Order medications through Catalyst or by phone.
- Perform comprehensive head‑to‑toe assessments.
- Communicate with the General Practitioner via phone or fax.
- Observe, document, and report patient conditions, including signs and symptoms, to the appropriate medical skilled.
- Provide basic wound care and dressing changes.
- Respond effectively to behavioral needs.
- Administer injections as required.
