We are seeking a dedicated and personable Patient Experience & Growth Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience with electronic medical records, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient service. Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth
- Convert new patient inquiries into booked assessments
- Fill clinician schedules
- Promote additional services when appropriate
- Educate patients about available treatments
- Generate Google Reviews
- Encourage family referrals
- Encourage physician referrals
- Promote products including braces, orthotics and supplies

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Experience:
- sales and customer service: 2 years (required)
- Medical office: 1 year (preferred)
