Prep Academy Tutors is a private in-person tutoring company. We deliver flexible and personalized tutoring programs to our students. We specialize in all subject areas and cater to students from age four to twenty. We offer competitive wages that are higher than the industry average.

Job Summary

Prep Academy Tutors is currently seeking daytime tutors Monday to Friday 9:00-2:30pm. In order to be considered, applicants must have a Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Check and Adult Abuse Check obtained within the last six months. You will provide academic support to students based on expertise and knowledge of the Manitoba curriculum as well as provide remedial and enrichment supports for students.

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic teachers who are comfortable tutoring at-risk youth in a correctional facility.

A qualified applicant will meet at least one of the following criteria:

- You hold a registration in positive standing with the Manitoba Teacher's Society




- You are qualified to teach in a Canadian Province/Territory outside of Manitoba
- You are qualified to teach in the United States
- You are a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education
- You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited Canadian University or College
- You have more than 1 year of experience working with at risk youth
- You have more than 1 year of tutoring experience
