We’re looking for a motivated, reliable G2-licensed HVAC Helper who is eager to learn and grow with our team.

Position Overview

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has recently graduated from an HVAC program and is ready to gain hands-on experience in the field. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians installing, servicing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while developing your skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, HRVs, ERVs, and ductwork.

Help perform maintenance and service calls.

Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Learn proper diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures.

Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Complete daily paperwork and assist with inventory as needed.

Qualifications





Valid G2 Gas Technician License.

Recent graduate of an HVAC/R program.

Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.

ODP Certification is considered an asset.

Basic hand tools are an asset but not required.
