Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is responsible for maintaining robust relationships with customers, creating and completing invoicing and estimates, coordinating service appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Wage: $30 - $40 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- 6 on/6 off
- 7:00am-7:00pm

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Operations

- Meet and greet customers professionally while providing excellent customer service
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service work.
- Present accurate service costs and expected completion times to customers
- Maintain continuous communication with customers and Service Manager regarding repairs
- Manage shop and field tech bookings and inquiries

Administrative Duties

- Maintain an organized workspace and documentation system
- Update work orders with information from technicians
- Handle billing, invoice processes, and claims transactions
- Create profiles and verify customer, equipment, and technical information
- Check and respond to emails, delegating to appropriate departments

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to complete tasks with a high attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
