Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that delight our customers while ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food handling practices meet health regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setup, cooking, plating, and cleanup.

Requirements





- Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the food industry.

Pay: $16.75-$24.00 per hour
