Responsibilities

- Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment as directed by supervisors
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely and effectively, including hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks like mixing materials, measuring, or holding components in place
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Maintain cleanliness of the work site throughout the project to promote safety and efficiency
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labour roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and with good stamina
- Familiarity with basic tools and machinery used in construction or maintenance work is advantageous
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
