Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cell Phone Technician to join our team, providing expert repair and troubleshooting services for a variety of mobile devices. Duties

- Diagnose and repair issues on various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets running Android and iOS operating systems
- Candidates who know how to perform board level repairs and glass change will be solid considered
- Perform software troubleshooting, including restoring operating systems such as macOS and Windows on compatible devices
- Use schematics and technical manuals to identify faulty components and execute precise repairs
- Disassemble and reassemble mobile devices using appropriate hand tools while maintaining device integrity
- Test repaired devices to ensure functionality across different operating systems and hardware configurations




- Assist customers with device setup, software updates, and basic troubleshooting procedures
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each device
- Stay current with the latest mobile device technologies, software updates, and repair techniques

Skills

- Proficiency in repairing both Android and iOS mobile devices
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems such as macOS and Windows
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex issues
- Experience using hand tools safely and effectively during repairs
- Knowledge of retail sales processes is a plus for customer interactions
- Excellent analysis skills to diagnose problems accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques for mobile applications and device OS issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
