Job Summary

TACNIC Security Services is a growing security company based in Belleville, Ontario. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our client base and establish long-term relationships with commercial, industrial, and residential clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll play a key role in helping our company secure new contracts and continue its growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and contract opportunities.
- Contact businesses by phone, email, and in person.
- Build relationships with property managers, businesses, municipalities, and construction companies.
- Prepare and follow up on service proposals.
- Attend meetings with prospective clients.
- Generate new leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Represent TACNIC Security Services professionally within the community.
- Work with management to develop growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications

- Previous sales or business development experience is an asset.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.




- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable making cold calls and networking.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Experience in security, property management, or commercial services is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are preferred.

Compensation

- Base salary (if applicable) or
