Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will engage with children through play, educational activities, and caregiving to support their development and well-being. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children, particularly in early childhood education settings, and possess a strong commitment to fostering positive relationships with both children and their families.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Create lesson plans that incorporate educational content through play and hands-on experiences.
- Provide care for children’s basic needs including feeding, diapering, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure a cohesive approach to care and education.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.




- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, behavior, and development milestones.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a childcare setting or classroom environment is preferred.
- Background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong teaching skills that can be applied in engaging children through various learning methods.
- Proven ability to work effectively with children of different ages and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
