Job Summary:

The Retail Coordinator's role is to train and direct retail clerks in ordering, receiving, sales, inventory, cash control and customer service functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure customer complaints are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner when a Manager is not present.
- Coach and motivate retail staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
- Maintain positive customer relations by ensuring efficient, quality service and operation of store at all times.
- Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed; maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Ensure that maintenance of all equipment is completed when necessary; responsible for notifying Management for need of outside service.




- Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Customer Service experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in Campware is an asset.
- At least one year prior retail supervisory experience required.
- Solid time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Confident and motivated by the opportunity to interact with customers.
- Friendly, out-going, open-minded, engaging personality.
- Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.

Position Requirements:

- Pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
- Shift: 12hr/Day
- Rotation: 14 Days On/14 Days Off
