Our Gander office serves individuals, couples, youth (12+), and families throughout Central Newfoundland, with additional opportunities to provide virtual care across Newfoundland and Labrador.

About the Role

We are seeking a warm, client-centred clinician who enjoys working independently while being part of a cooperative team. You will provide counselling services to clients presenting with a variety of concerns, such as:

- Anxiety and depression
- Trauma and PTSD
- Grief and loss
- Stress and burnout
- ADHD and neurodivergence
- Relationship challenges




- Life transitions
- Self-esteem and emotional regulation

Clinicians are welcome to develop and promote their own areas of interest or specialization.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related counselling profession
- Registered (or eligible for registration) with the appropriate regulatory body in Newfoundland and Labrador
- Qualified liability insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Experience providing in-person therapy is considered an asset
