Regular Part Time - 32 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Pay: $40.19-$50.07 per hour based on experience

What You’ll Do

- Assess residents' strengths, interests, and goals
- Deliver engaging therapeutic recreation programs for individuals and groups
- Promote meaningful participation, wellbeing, and quality of life
- Collaborate with residents, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners
- Maintain assessments, care plans, and required documentation
- Support Activity Workers, students, and volunteers
- Contribute to care planning, quality improvement, and a safe program environment

What You Bring

- Degree in Therapeutic Recreation and eligibility for BCTRA membership
- Experience supporting adults with cognitive and/or physical impairments
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt programs to diverse needs and abilities
- Valid BC Class 4 Driver’s License (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to safely operate passenger and wheelchair‑accessible van




- Note: The successful applicant will be required to complete a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check, TB screening, and comply with vaccination and public health requirements
