Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including installation and fabrication, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and to follow project specifications accurately.

Duties

- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Perform siding installation and ensure proper alignment and finishing.
- Lay tile with precision, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project specifications.
- Engage in heavy lifting as necessary for transporting materials and completing installations.
- Fabricate custom woodwork according to design plans or client requests.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on projects involving electrical or masonry work when required.

Experience





- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with various carpentry techniques including siding installation, tile laying, and masonry.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to carpentry tasks.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings effectively.
- Experience in performing heavy lifting safely in compliance with safety regulations.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
