Cannabis Retail Sales Associate – Blue Dream Cannabis

Blue Dream Cannabis is hiring reliable and friendly Retail Sales Associates for our cannabis retail store in Vancouver. We are looking for team members who provide great customer service, work well with others, and can help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Assist customers with product questions and recommendations
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Restock products and maintain displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and secure
- Follow all cannabis retail rules, safety standards, and store policies
- Support the team with daily store tasks

Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Cannabis retail experience is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and skilled
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must be eligible to work in a licensed cannabis retail store

Pay: $17.85-$24.00 per hour
