Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Taxi Driver to provide safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a commitment to punctuality. This role involves navigating city streets, managing time effectively, and ensuring passenger comfort and safety throughout each trip. The Taxi Driver will play a vital role in delivering a positive transportation experience while maintaining adherence to all traffic laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate taxis or commercial vehicles to transport passengers to their destinations efficiently.
- Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding, luggage handling, and seating arrangements as needed.
- Follow designated routes or navigate using GPS devices to ensure timely arrivals.
- Collect fares accurately using cash or electronic payment methods and provide change when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle to ensure a professional appearance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during each shift.
- Manage scheduling effectively to maximize service availability and reduce wait times for customers.
- Communicate clearly with passengers regarding routes,



estimated arrival times, and any delays or issues.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly to management.

Experience

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Prior experience in driving, especially in commercial or taxi services, is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse passengers.
- Good time management skills to ensure punctual pickups and drop-offs.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Knowledge of local streets, traffic patterns, and navigation tools is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.

This position offers an opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving and interacting with people while providing essential transportation services in a professional environment.

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
