Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions, building robust relationships, and expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to analyze client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products. The Insurance Broker will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring client satisfaction across various insurance lines.

Duties

- Analyze client needs through detailed consultation to recommend suitable insurance policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy details,



and assisting with claims processes.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy renewals.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities

Experience

- Strong customer service background with excellent communication
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related roles will be considered a plus but is not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates eager to learn and grow within the industry.
