What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a team while creating a positive workplace culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service every day.
- Support daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and developing team members.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality.
- Help achieve sales, labour, and profitability goals.
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach in all areas of the café.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous leadership or restaurant/café management experience.
- Is passionate about hospitality and people.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Has strong communication and organizational skills.
- Is reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented.
- Is available to work a adaptable schedule, including weekends.
