We are looking for an experienced store Manager to lead our Recent Cloverdale Cannabis team

If you have a passion for leadership and cannabis, and are looking to be the leading force of a cannabis retail team you may be the right fit.

Ideal Candidates will have minimum 2 years of management experience and be natural born leaders.

We are looking for extremely driven, positive and reliable individuals who lead with CAN DO leadership mentality and don't shy away from a challenge!

Our location is going to be brand new so being able to lead a team while multitasking is a must

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory through effective purchasing and pricing strategies.
- Product ordering
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate cashiering practices.




- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance store visibility.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist in recruiting new team members.
- Pay roll and scheduling
- Social media
- Inventory and reports

Due to training times, unfortunately applications with summer travel plans and needed specific days off cannot be considered for these specific management position

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
