WHO ARE WE?

Praguery, The unique ice cream bakery famous for freshly baked Chimney Cakes. We are proud of our house-made fillings, toppings, and dough made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients.

We have an opening for a Delivery Driver & Event Server.

The core responsibilities include:

1. Daily operations

- Deliver inventory between locations
- Pick up supplies or ingredients
- Maintain delivery van and equipment

2. Catering events

- Drive to event with equipment and desserts
- Set up dessert / ice cream station
- Serve ice cream to guests
- Interact with customers professionally
- Clean and pack equipment after event

3. Event prep

- Prepare catering kits (toppings, cups, spoons, etc.)
- Load freezers, carts, and supplies
- Ensure everything returns to the commissary

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Driving & Operations

- Driving & Operations
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Experience driving a cargo van or similar delivery vehicle
- Ability to operate the delivery vehicle safely and follow all road regulations
- Previous experience delivering products or working in logistics is an asset

Physical & Work Requirements





- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with manual loading and unloading of equipment and products
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions when required
- Strong time management and organizational skills

Customer Service & Events

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional and friendly attitude when interacting with guests and clients
- Ability to work efficiently in event environments

Availability

- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Adaptable availability, including Saturdays and occasional events

COMPENSATION:

Start $23/hour

- Clean driving record must be provided
- Must provide references from the past 3 previous employers
