Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Mississauga (Meadowvale)

Job Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor

Compensation: Percentage of billings (60% to RMT), averaging $84/hour

Schedule: Hours flexible. We're ideally looking for candidates with some evening and weekend availability in addition to daytime hours.

About The Role

We're looking for 1 to 2 Registered Massage Therapists to join our new Meadowvale clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new and to play a meaningful role in shaping and growing the practice from the ground up. You'll work alongside a warm, multidisciplinary team that includes physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, psychotherapists, lactation consultants, and childbirth educators, all under one roof in a beautiful 3,000 sq ft purpose-built facility. Perinatal training is an asset,



but what matters most is that you genuinely care about your clients and want to be part of something meaningful. On-site training in prenatal and postpartum massage is available through our experienced team.

Responsibilities

- Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client's needs, with a focus on the perinatal population
- Support clients across pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond
- Collaborate with Oona's interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with CMTO standards
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive clinic environment
- Participate in Oona's community programming, classes, and workshops as relevant

Who We're Looking For

- Registration in valuable standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Passion for supporting clients through their perinatal journey
- Perinatal massage training is preferred - access to additional training is available for the right candidates
- A non-judgmental approach to all clients and birthing choices
- A warm, client-centred approach and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Curiosity, flexibility, and a people-first mindset
