As General Manager, you will provide strategic direction while maintaining accountability for project delivery, profitability, and organizational growth. The successful candidate will strengthen industry relationships, support business development initiatives, and foster a culture built on professionalism, integrity, and employee satisfaction.

Position Summary

- Lead company operations, project performance, and overall business results

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in the construction industry
- Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven success leading teams, operations, and business performance
- Strong understanding of project delivery, financial management, and P&L; accountability
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and drive results
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
