Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth operation during the shift. The ideal candidate will possess robust customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage various front desk responsibilities efficiently.

Duties

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, including verifying guest information and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations using hotel management software.
- Operate phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while assisting callers.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics for management review.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during shifts while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the hotel's operational needs

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
