Richard McKenzie Insurance is a family-owned brokerage focused on relationships. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable AutoPac & Personal Lines Advisor who enjoys helping people and wants to grow with a supportive team.

New to insurance and willing to learn? Already a Level 1 broker? We are looking for a Level 1 broker or someone who has successfully completed Fundamentals of Insurance/CAIB 1 course.

Responsibilities

- Assist AutoPac customers with transactions, renewals, and inquiries
- Provide clear, caring service and coverage guidance
- Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance
- Maintain MPI and office inventory
- Support basic personal lines administration

Qualifications

- Robust customer service skills
- Currently a Level 1 licensed broker or Fundamentals of Insurance/CAIB 1
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Applied Epic and MPI IWS experience an asset, not required
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented




- Valid Manitoba Driver’s License or ID Card
- Clear criminal record check required
