We are seeking customer service oriented serving staff. You will be responsible for taking orders while presenting the food and beverage preferences in an engaging way. Most of all, representing the Sea Salt brand in a high level respectable manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Create a memorable and pleasant dining experience for guests.
- Greet customers upon arrival.
- Provide suggestions for food or drink choices.
- Sanitize and set tables throughout shift.
- Respond to questions about food, beverage, seafood sauce or other services (events & birthdays).
- Anticipate guest needs.
- Respect and Teamwork; no request is too difficult.
- Work safely; monitor the cleanliness of your section and ensure all areas are secure and free from clutter.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 1 year experience as a server
- A positive,



energetic outlook and a passion for food and beverage
- A sense of urgency to satisfy the needs of others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Competitive wages offered. Serving staff after tips take home between $21-$24per hour.
