Role Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the full operations of the restaurant, including team leadership, operational performance, guest experience, and sales growth.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can run a strong restaurant while actively helping grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including kitchen, service, and shift management
- Ensure strong execution of food quality, service speed, and brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational efficiency
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and lead restaurant staff
- Manage scheduling and daily team performance
- Create a positive and accountable work culture
Store Performance
- Monitor store sales, labour cost, and food cost
- Improve operational efficiency and drive sales growth
- Maintain strong guest satisfaction and review ratings
Requirements
- 2–3 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in quick service or rapid casual restaurant environments preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage both operations and business outreach activities
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
