We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Building Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our residential property. Duties

- Manage building operations, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and safety protocols to ensure optimal functionality.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to facilitate timely repairs and upgrades.
- Hands on cleaning, general maintenance and repair
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues early and ensure compliance with safety standards.




- Support sales efforts by assisting with leasing processes, property tours, and tenant relationship management.

Skills

- Proficiency with property management systems like Yardi
- Experience in property management or facilities management roles, demonstrating knowledge of building operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer relationship management and team collaboration.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
