Role Overview

The Accounting Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization while providing leadership, guidance, and support to the accounting team. This role serves as a key link between the Finance Manager and the accounting team, ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately, deadlines are met, and accounting processes are executed efficiently.

The Accounting Team Lead combines strong technical accounting expertise with hands-on leadership capabilities. In addition to managing the full accounting cycle, this role is responsible for coordinating team workloads, improving processes, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Success in this position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can balance operational responsibilities with people leadership, continuously drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall financial health and effectiveness of the organization.
