What You’ll Do

- Execute with Precision: Prep, build, and plate menu items fast, accurately, and to exact spec—because freshness and consistency are everything.
- Own Your Station: Keep your prep area stocked, clean, and prepped to conquer the morning and afternoon rushes.
- Master the Tempo:



Pivot seamlessly between high-volume ticket flow and maintaining strict quality standards without breaking a sweat.
- Keep It Clean & Safe: Maintain top-tier hygiene, food handling, and kitchen safety standards at all times.
- Be a Great Teammate: Communicate clearly with the line and front-of-house to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

- Kitchen Experience: At least 1 year on a line or fast-casual kitchen setup (quick prep and knife skills are a huge plus).
- Speed & Detail: You stay calm when ticket orders pile up and never sacrifice quality for speed.
- Team Player Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and always ready to lend a hand when the rush hits.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Certified in safe food handling protocols (or ready to get certified).
- Stamina: Comfortable standing, moving quickly, and lifting up to 30–40 lbs during busy shifts.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
