Our client, a growing automotive facility is seeking to DIRECT HIRE for Production Associates
Location: Tilbury, Ontario
Start Date: August 10, 2026
Wage: $23.78/hr +
We offer - direct hire from day 1 to our client
Shifts: 8 hour shifts (M-A-D)
Responsibilities:
- work on an assembly line meeting daily production requirements
- completing production paperwork, dimensions, loading of material/production
- minor troubleshooting
- housekeeping duties
- work as a team member
- standard work instructions
Requirements:
- proof of grade 12 (either diploma or transcripts) - MUST be presented (if selected) during orientation
- upon submission MUST provide two work references with current contact #'s
- pass criminal background check
- reliable transportation
