The Role
You support precision execution.
As a Metal Roofer, you assist the Lead Metal Roofer in delivering high-quality metal roof installations. Your work directly impacts the final appearance, durability, and performance of the system.
You are responsible for executing assigned tasks exactly as directed, handling materials with care, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship on every piece you touch.
There is no room for guesswork - only precision.
What You Will Own
- Assisting in full metal roof installations under Lead direction
- Accurate panel placement, fastening, and alignment support
- Cutting and trimming metal components as instructed
- Flashing and trim assistance to exact specification
- Careful handling and staging of all metal materials
- Supporting site cleanliness and organization throughout the job
- Reporting defects,
issues, or installation concerns immediately
- Following all safety protocols and tool procedures

Requirements & Nice-to-Haves
Required:
- Ability to work safely on residential roofing systems
- Physical capability for manual construction work
- Willingness to follow precise instructions from Lead Metal Roofer
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship discipline
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior roofing or construction experience
- Exposure to metal roofing systems (standing seam or panel)
- Experience working with hand tools and cutting equipment
- Background in high-detail construction or fabrication work
Pay: $27.86-$42.22 per hour
