Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our frozen yogurt team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have a positive outgoing personality and love frozen yogurt! Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person
- Assist customers with product information and ordering
- Conduct data entry accurately into a POS
- Engage in upselling and sales opportunities by recommending additional products or services
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions




- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Serve delicious frozen yogurt

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or dessert shops preferred
- Good data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions
- Experience with sales and upselling is a plus
- Familiarity with POS system is advantageous

Pay: $18.00-$18.25 per hour
