Summary

We are seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. Located in Oakville ON, this role is vital in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through expert guidance and support in the vehicle purchasing process.

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide expert knowledge on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance dealership performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.





- Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Valid OMVIC license is required.
