IS2 Workforce Solutions is partnering with a respected construction company specializing in concrete restoration and structural rehabilitation projects across Calgary and surrounding areas. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Concrete Restoration Site Superintendent to lead field operations, oversee crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Types: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: Starting from $30/hr final pay based on experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7:00-4:30pm

- Weekends and evenings as required
- Overtime eligible

What You’ll Do:

- Overseeing daily site operations for concrete restoration and rehabilitation projects
- Lead field execution, coordinate stakeholders/subcontractors, drive production, quality, and maintain safe operations.
- Directs field crews on priorities, confirms cross-crew sequencing, and reviews extras/DEWR documentation and formal discipline; escalates scope, cost, contract decisions, and major/long-lead purchasing to the Project Manager.
- Monitoring schedules, budgets, productivity, and project milestones
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project drawings
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality workmanship standards are met
- Managing site documentation including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S; regulations, COR standards, and company safety policies
- Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, consultants, and field teams
- Identifying and resolving project challenges proactively to keep work on schedule

What We’re Looking For





- Previous experience as a Site Superintendent within concrete restoration, structural repair, or commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete repair methods, coatings, waterproofing, patching, and rehabilitation techniques
- Proven leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Solid understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Gold Seal certification or related construction education is considered an asset

Preferred Experience

- Parkade restoration
- Structural concrete repair
- Building envelope restoration
- Commercial or industrial construction projects
- Swing stage or elevated work platform experience
- Experience working in occupied buildings and active construction environments

Special Conditions Of Employment:

- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have your own transportation
- Must be able to work long hours and occasional weekends
- Must have CSA-approved safety boots
- Must be Health & Safety conscious
