The Role
We’re looking for a reliable line cook who can execute at a high level during service while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. This role requires someone who can work both independently and as part of a tight team.
Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare the kitchen for service
- Execute tickets to spec (portion, presentation, timing)
- Maintain consistency and quality under pressure
- Complete daily prep tasks efficiently and correctly
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe at all times
- Communicate clearly with the team during service
- Step in where needed—no task is below anyone
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stay composed under pressure
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Team-first attitude with no ego
- Basic knife skills and food safety knowledge
